Delivery & Packaging
All of our fresh products are delivered frozen to keep everything safe and fresh during transit.
Orders are packed in insulated, food-grade boxes with ice packs to maintain temperature while out for delivery. This keeps your pet’s meals fresh for up to 6 hours after drop-off.
Products are portioned into convenient 500g, 1kg or 2kg vacuum-sealed packs for easy storage and feeding.

Delivered Tuesday to Saturday
Between 9am – 6pm
Adelaide Hills & Fleurieu
Delivered Wednesday & Friday
Between 9am – 6pm
Murray Bridge & Barossa
Delivered Tuesday & Thursday
Between 9am – 6pm
You’ll be able to select your delivery day at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Drop-Off
If you’re not home, no stress — we’ll leave your order in a safe, shaded spot at your property.
We always aim to keep your order out of direct sun and protected from the weather.
Ordering
Order Cut-Off
Orders must be placed at least 48 hours before your selected delivery day.
All orders are subject to availability. If something is out of stock, we may substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value.
Minimum Order
- Minimum order: $30
- Orders under this incur a $10 small order fee
Delivery Fees
- $10 delivery for orders under $100
- FREE delivery on orders over $100
Storage & Freshness
- Keep frozen until ready to use
- Once thawed, use within 3–5 days
- Can be stored frozen for up to 6 months
Important Info
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct
- Changes must be made at least 24 hours prior
- If there’s no safe place to leave your order, let us know
Returns & Refunds
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours and include photos if needed.
