How should I store the meals?
Meals should be kept refrigerated and used by the date on the packaging. Once opened, use within 2–3 days or portion and freeze. Like most fresh foods, we recommend using frozen meals within 3 months.
How do I serve the meals?
Our meals come ready to serve. You can feed them straight from the fridge, let them come to room temperature, or warm them slightly by adding a splash of warm water or microwaving for a few seconds.
Are there any preservatives or fillers?
No. Our meals are made with real ingredients and contain no artificial preservatives, fillers or unnecessary additives.
Are the meals nutritionally balanced?
Yes, our meals are developed by a veterinary nutritionist to provide the right balance of protein, fats, vitamins, and minerals to support your dog’s overall health.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We offer local delivery as well as in-store pick up from our Surrey Downs store.
